Activity 1: Leading the Charge

Hi there bloggers, I am doing SLJ and there is one of my blog posts, this one is about being the principal of my school for a week and what would I do to change my school of the good, well I hope. There it goes hope you enjoy.

Firstly I would make sure that I add a heated pool so that it could be used all the time and not just in the summer because what's the point in having a pool when you can only use it in the summer, when if you have heating you can use it in all the seasons.

secondly I would make sure that my playground is up to kid stand and when I mean that I mean that the kids are happy with that they have for a playground. Because to have happy kids you need to have a great place for them to play on.

lastly I would make sure that I have the best stuff so that the kids at my school have the best chance at learning because to be able to have some success you need to have a good education and with that you can have a good job and then be rich and have whatever you want.

I hope you enjoyed my blog post bye for now.

  1. Kia ora Liam,

Well done on completing a Summer Learning Journey Teaser Week activity. Don't forget that the official SLJ programme has launched today so get into it and start gaining those points.

You have picked an awesome Teaser Week activity to do. I really enjoy reading all these cool ideas that you have some up with. I think a heated pool would be awesome and being able to use it all year round would be great. Do you often go swimming in summer? Where do you go when you want to go swimming?
I agree that kids do need great resources to help with their education so that was a really great idea. A great attitude towards learning is also an amazing resource which you seem to have so well done.

Until next time, happy blogging :)
