Casper - not a friendly ghost.

Hi met Casper. Casper is my new cousin. He is coming up to 4 months now and is very cute and cuddly, but only because he is in his panda  suit. He loves hugs like me of course. He loves to be touched but not in the face. Here is a photo of Casper in his panda  suit.
